1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:

· Brand new and un-activated aircraft;
· Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours.

2. DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

DJI Care Refresh erbjuder två ersättningar på ett år, inklusive en möjlighet att använda Flyaway-täckning. När det gäller olyckor som vattenskador, kollisioner eller saknade drönare, kan du få din produkt utbytt mot en liten extra avgift.

För DJI Mavic 3 är den första DJI Care Refresh ersättningsavgiften 159 euro, och den andra är 199 euro. Om du använder den ersättning som är tillgänglig för fly-away-täckning, är ersättningsavgiften 699 euro
